Nawangoma Church
of Christ This was the first Church to chose elders in our Churches here. Our elders are: 1. Wilson Manda who is a graduate of the Nairobi Great Commission School. Manda is doing missions in his homeland to other villages overseen by the leadership of the "Source of Life Resource Centre". He is sent out by public means 2 days a week to help strengthen the Churches and also help plant new ones. The rest of the week, he is helping me do the BBS work and grade World Bible School lessons at our office in Jinja. 2. Steven Waiswa is a graduate of the Busoga Bible School. He is our missionary overseen and supported by the Jinja Church of Christ. He often goes out on a tight budget to the villages on his motorbike. The Jinja Church of Christ helps buy the fuel needed for him to go and help Manda strengthen the Churches and also help other local leaders in Church planting. A generous man he is! 3. Alex Kulaba is mostly in the village of Nawangoma. He is a peasant who spends most of time digging for food and preaching on this village. Grace Aggrey Nyanga Churches of Christ Only Secondary school in Busoga We are in the process of beginning up the only so far secondary school in Busoga, probably in Uganda as a whole. Come February this year 2003, we will begin with the first class that will be probably in two classes. And then next year will add on a second class and a third, fourth every coming year until we're able to have all the secondary school classes as it is expected in secondary schooling in Uganda. Our major prayer request is funding. No school survives on school fees alone. We're determined to begin and hope that the Lord will lead us to friends and people who will help us financially and materially. Wait for the details of the same on this page. Grace Nyanga
